We want you to absolutely love your custom jewelry! Because each pair is handmade with care, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• No Returns or Exchanges

• Custom or Personalized Orders are non-refundable, but we’ll happily work with you on adjustments

• If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund

• All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours
